NIH Issues FY 2010 Fiscal Policies; Stipends to Increase One Percent; Average RPG to Increase by Two Percent; Salary Cap at $199,700

The NIH issued three notices related to provisions in the enacted FY 2010 appropriations bill for the agency. The notices detail the NIH Fiscal Operations Plan for FY 2010; detail implementation of the NIH salary cap; and, highlight other legislative provisions affecting extramural grantees.
