Funding Opportunity Purpose	This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), issued by the NHLBI, invites Resource-Related Research Project applications (R24) to support projects that will enhance the capabilities of ongoing basic, translational, and clinical research through the development of resources or infrastructure for use by the broader scientific community for furthering research.  The scope of the R24 must address a critical national need that fulfills the NHLBI's strategic vision.
