Purpose

This Notice is to clarify under what conditions investigators in tenure-track positions are eligible to apply for the Pathway to Independence Award in Tobacco Control Regulatory Research (K99/R00).  Potential applicants who are in tenure-track positions may not apply for the Pathway to Independence (K99/R00) award, since the purpose of the funding opportunity is to allow the awardee to secure a tenure track position.
