Each session is ONE HOUR – Register for one session only

Note:  Haldeman is on the Dartmouth College campus.  Other venues listed are at DHMC.

We have received intermittent reports of failure of this registration form. If the form fails, please come to whichever session fits your schedule and we will add your name to to attendance list at that time.

• Thursday, 11/28/13, 4—5 p.m., DHMC, Auditorium A
• Thursday, 12/12/13, 4—5 p.m., Haldeman 031
