ROSES UPDATE: During the Government shutdown, the proposal due date for three ROSES programs (C.12 MDAP, B.5 H-GCR, and C.11 PMDAP) were set to TBD in order for Government proposers to have time to prepare their submissions. Now that the Government has resumed work, new due dates have been posted for these programs. In addition, proposal due dates have been delayed for two programs (A.11 OVWST and C.7 OPR) that originally had due dates in the near future.
