Use of Research Evidence
The William T. Grant Foundation has a longstanding interest in supporting research that can inform policy and practice that affect youth and we recognize that divides still exist between the research, policy, and practice communities. Thus, we fund studies that explore the acquisition, interpretation, and use of research evidence in policy and practice.
Guidance
In 2012, we issued our fourth RFP on the Interpretation, Acquisition and Use of Research Evidence in Policy and Practice. While applicants are still encouraged to refer to that document for guidance, they should apply through our research grants funding mechanism. They should also review the 2013 Research Grants Application Guide as well as our Frequently Asked Questions for Research Applicants.Deadlines
The next deadline for submission of letters of inquiry is January 8, 2014, at 3:00 EST.
