Dartmouth Launches Data Management Planning Site

This website provides guidance and suggestions for Dartmouth researchers who need to create data management and data sharing plans as part of a proposal to external funding agencies. The site outlines the current NSF and NIH requirements, provides a checklist to help you understand what issues need to be addressed, useful links, and sample plans. While there is no single department on campus that can answer all of the questions around data management, we have identified individuals and groups who are available to help. We will be updating the site regularly as new information is received from funding agencies and principal investigators.
